Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) or set your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice your garlic and red onion, tear the fresh spinach into bite-sized pieces, and crumble your feta cheese.
Assembly
  1. Place your flatbread on parchment paper or a preheated pizza stone/baking sheet.
  2. Spread shredded mozzarella cheese evenly across the flatbread, then layer your sliced garlic, red onion, and fresh spinach.
  3. Finally, sprinkle crumbled feta, garlic powder, black pepper, and sea salt on top.
Cooking
  1. Bake for about 10-12 minutes or air fry for 4-5 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and the edges are golden brown.
