Preparation
- Prepare the strawberry Jello according to package instructions and set it aside to cool.
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and powdered sugar, mixing until smooth.
- Gently fold in the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
Layering
- In a 9x13 inch dish, layer graham crackers at the bottom.
- Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the graham crackers.
- Layer half of the sliced strawberries on top of the cream cheese mixture.
- Pour half of the prepared Jello over the strawberries.
- Repeat the layers: graham crackers, cream cheese mixture, strawberries, and remaining Jello.
Setting
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Serve chilled, slicing into squares.
Notes
To elevate flavor, add a splash of vanilla extract to the cream cheese mixture or swap fruits for variety. Ensure Jello is cooled before layering.
