  • 1 package strawberry Jello
  • 2 cups strawberries, sliced Fresh strawberries for layering.
Creamy Mixture
  • 1 package cream cheese, softened Make sure it's softened for easier mixing.
  • 1 cup powdered sugar Provides sweetness to the cream cheese.
  • 2 cups whipped cream Can be store-bought or homemade.
Base
  • 1 package graham crackers Essential for the crunchy layer.
  • 2 cups milk Used to prepare the Jello.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Prepare the strawberry Jello according to package instructions and set it aside to cool.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and powdered sugar, mixing until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
Layering
  1. In a 9x13 inch dish, layer graham crackers at the bottom.
  2. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the graham crackers.
  3. Layer half of the sliced strawberries on top of the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Pour half of the prepared Jello over the strawberries.
  5. Repeat the layers: graham crackers, cream cheese mixture, strawberries, and remaining Jello.
Setting
  1. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  2. Serve chilled, slicing into squares.

Notes

To elevate flavor, add a splash of vanilla extract to the cream cheese mixture or swap fruits for variety. Ensure Jello is cooled before layering.
