Preparation
  1. Gather all ingredients on your kitchen counter.
  2. In a medium saucepan, mix the heavy cream and whole milk together over low heat.
  3. Add the granulated sugar and whisk until fully dissolved.
  4. In a small bowl, sprinkle the powdered gelatin over the cold water and let it bloom for 5-10 minutes.
  5. Once the cream mixture is warm, remove it from heat and stir in the bloomed gelatin.
  6. Mix in any desired flavoring options.
  7. Cool the mixture for a few minutes before pouring into serving cups.
  8. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  9. To serve, dip cups in warm water to loosen and garnish with fresh berries or sauces.

Notes

For best results, ensure gelatin is fully dissolved before adding. Experiment with various flavorings for a personalized touch. Keep covered in the refrigerator for up to three days.
