- Combine the milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and mashed blueberries in a mason jar or bowl.
- Stir everything together thoroughly to ensure the chia seeds are evenly distributed.
- Cover the jar or bowl and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or ideally overnight.
- Before serving, give the pudding a good stir.
- Serve topped with extra fresh blueberries.
Notes
