Preparation
  1. Combine the milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and mashed blueberries in a mason jar or bowl.
  2. Stir everything together thoroughly to ensure the chia seeds are evenly distributed.
  3. Cover the jar or bowl and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or ideally overnight.
  4. Before serving, give the pudding a good stir.
  5. Serve topped with extra fresh blueberries.

Notes

Chill overnight for best results. Experiment with flavors by adding spices or other fruits. This pudding can be made vegan with plant-based milk.
